The company is expanding its showrooms across kerala.. By next year 30 showrooms will be there across kerala. As an employee its a privelage to be part of this company.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Have to work around 12 hours daily sometime late night also. After completing one year haven't got salary hike and bonus.. As the company is having old employees the working style is still like. Old times.. I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
