New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. A great place to work. A committed and result-driven team of management, comprising the Manager, Director and Registrar who support and guide the faculty and staff to deliver their best every day. Employee morale is high .BJI has a very transparent management where the employees have the freedom to express their views. The institute operates in a democratic way in a sense that, unlike many self financing engineering colleges, staffs are treated well and teachers are given due reputation.

Though giving a respectable salary package, annual Increment shall be hiked in order to retain senior level faculty members.
