This institution is the worst one I have ever seen in my life. Not only they offer you a poor salary but also behave very badly. The working condition of this institution is full of mismanagement and Chaos. No one can improve the situation even if they try their best.

...yasadhan Dutta" is a mad person. He abuses and insults every employees everyday. Also still my 1 month salary is due with them. High work load and a place where insults and slangs are common....

B.P.I.E. Management is free frankly. Always teach every students and teacher how made a ideal person then they make a good students in technical. Where teachers feel weak in teaching place then give training every teachers.

I dont want to say anything about this. You have to go and feel the environment. The most embarrassing thing in that college is that the higher officials like director , secretary are even not qualified for their post. They are the close relatives of chairman. This things cannot be tolerable in an educational institution where the higher officials are uneducated.

THE COMPANY IS REALLY CAREFUL ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES. THEY MAINTAIN ALL TYPES OF PRECAUTION AND MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCING IN EVERY DEPT.

THEY SHOULD LOOK INTO INCREMENT ACCORDING TO POST OF AN EMPLOYEE.
