Everything, There is nothing to be liked anything, most important thing is salary they were not paying their employees used to deduct alot and used to take 1000 work , I'm having 3 years of working experience there and whatever I'm putting here it's just all about of my experience and if u will go through the general survey I must say u will get to know everything whatever I'm updating you, chairman is very cruel he used to abuse their employees mostly specially when u raise ur voice for ur hard working salary , working environment is very bad, all are politicians, they are used to spread trap were u fall and not able to come out, thanks to lockdown who save my life and my colleagues life , we were also fall at their trap , chairman has kept my 7 month salary and still he denied to provide me, whoever u will ask about BITT u will get the same result which I have said to you, be careful ,I highly recommend you never ever be a part of BITT either a student or a employ , if u want to humiliate yourself then go for it,

It's give me a opportunity to start my career as a lecturer. Here I learn lots of things and improve my skills and knowledge to growth. Now I m confidence to teach lots of subjects as well as to controling students .

Never ever go there if you wish professional development, experience certificate. Join only if you don't deserve to work anywhere else. Politics and buttering is only way of survival. Rare to find a quality faculty and facility. Good for those who like jagrata, bhajan and prashad.
