1. Every one play there own game(Biz HR, BAU Head) at the time Variable pay. I 2.HR policy are total different compare with other IT Firms. I lost more than 1L due to this wired policies and department heads.

Management and project mangers not good with project i worked. Full of politics and no scope of growth or salary hike every year 2-5 % not more than that every time. By internal politics They mentally tortured me. Bcoz of which I left the company.

Dislikes

Will try their best to how a person working for company will get minimum salary as possible. Will not even think about increments. Join birlasoft by taking good package after entering in company you will no increments.

This company is good for the people who don't want hike and don't want more work as well.

Dislikes

Management is not good. If you are facing some issues related to PF, Finance, Salary, insurance then you have to struggle more to get it resolved.

If you are on project they will give you full compensation and variable salary.

Dislikes

They don't help in getting chance to people for new or other projects. Neither they provide any kind of training that can help you. Once you are on bench they will fire you immediately over a phone call.
