No job security, once the project is over they don't have much client to move you in some other projects, were you are forced to resign. Salery dedection is very high , HR doesn't gives any clarity of the dedection which is worst policy.

...y. I worked here for 1.5 yrs. There is simply no learning at all. Repeated work. My salary went on hold for a month and I had to write a lot emails to management to get it released. Pathetic management people. ***IF YOU JOIN BIRLASOFT, MAKE SURE TO RUIN YOUR YEARS HERE***. No growth, no learning, sometimes they will call you in off duty hours. The management people are so pathetic here. It is not only my experience, but my friends who have left and working here have the same thought as that of mine for Birlasoft.

Will try their best to how a person working for company will get minimum salary as possible. Will not even think about increments. Join birlasoft by taking good package after entering in company you will no increments.

Overall it's a good working place. There will be no pressures on the work. You can lead comfortable life in birlasoft.

The compensation will be very low. Don't expect any bonus sorry hikes even properly. The cab services are worst. Overall HR and admin teams makes work at birlasoft uncomfortable but not colleagues.

Work culture mostly depends on which team we are working for..I earlier worked for a GE team and the manager was quite bossy and asked unethical favors to get a salary hike. So when i changed my team and technology, i got to work under a great manager who was very professional. Dont expect salary hike whatsoever, and job security in recent days has been questionable. No technical trainings are available at all.
