...r u if u don't think about what they paid , bcz lots off salary issues is there. No work life balance bcz u don't get salary on time, in last year covid19 pandemic we all suffered financial issues, but birlamedisoft holdings our salary from jan 2020 , in lockdown birlamedisoft not supposed employees . Although they don't paid salaries which i work before covid19. already i told salary date not fix, always hold 2,3 months salary. But this is unexpected in covid19 pandemic, they don't value their employees . Advice - if you're experience candidate don't spoil your career !

Team members associated with the Business Development are good and quick learners.

Many dislikes, right from an employee induction into Birlamedisoft, to salary compensation for senior Business development personnel, salary linked to money received from the clients. The list goes on and on. No proper training of the company flagship products is given to Business Development personnel. Company infrastructure like laptop for work and data-card to an business development employee after office hours were not given. The management made it mandatory for signing of Non-Disclosure Agreement at the time of giving an Appointment letter. Senior professional is not to participate or interfere in any of the office administration.

The CEO has some issues and changes decision very frequently.

This company has issues and management, lt has wierd culture nobody can perform in this company. No salaries for months. CEO don't care about people.

My work experience in BMS is so horrible. I recommend not to join this company. There is no career growth, if you able do something without other help thn it's good otherwise no one help.

My teammates not as good. They all time disrespect my city, state and my knowledge. They don't like me, they won't like to talking to me because I'm not belong to Marathi background.
