Organisation is good but some people spoiling this organisation.

Dislikes

So much politics. There is not good culture for employees. Employee cannot do lunch on time. Regional head always do their finger for lunch for overtime and extra pressure. Branch manager himself is poor in knowledge part. He cannot manage their team.

Things which I liked and admired the most while working in BSLAMC was the keen interest and dedication of the RM for his work under whom I did my internship, his behavior towards all the officemates, his helping and guiding nature. Maybe because it is a part of huge Conglomerate i would call it " Top Heavy Organisation". Most decisions are on the discretion of people seated on leadership positions which leaves a entry level employee less rewarded of his hardwork. Slow Carrier Growth.
