they don't consider any difference between Machines and employees. management and higher authority are least bothered about employee and keep raising their salary only. you will hardly get 10% increment that too after 2-3 years. HRs are rude and incompetent. don't stay a day more than year there as a fresher.

For beginners it will be great opportunity to work here in any department. Core Mechanical company exporting 90 % of the total production to USA And other foreign countries. Working environment is also good

Salary is biggest issue. You will never get salary on time and also will not get any hike in salary.

No any Salary increment from last 3 years and work satisfaction, aslo very late salary in every month. No proper management, same repetitive problem, unskilled mangers are here. Manager can take decision, quality manager asked each every thing with their junior's. He not able to readout the drawings also.

No salary on time & increment,and only time pass like meetings no outcomes. Birla HRD is weast they are only for meditation class, apart from no work for them. BPTL brand is good and products in Tool holder is so much rejection because of quality. Rejected products market is not accepting..and management believes only production ppls words not marking...

Doesn’t want to change and come out of comfort zone. Products and process Innovation is missing. Dependent on manual systems and processes for day today reports which is cumbersome
