I was terminated without notice or reason and faced unprofessional behavior from HR. I have contacted Ms. Prerna in HR for clarification. The matter has also been reported to the SSP, Patna, and the Labor Law Enforcement Department. If no response is received, I will pursue legal action.

First of all the brand name itself speaks alot about the ethics and the motto. Anyway every organisation has thier own set of pros and cons and so does my company too, but for me in my current organisation mostly I like the work culture, easy approach to the superiors, healthy environment. Your work life would be healthy if you have the wonderful superiors who helped you out in learning and developing your skills and so does mine.

Dislikes

The IT system need to be user-friendly and updated one. Maintaining multiple files and data for same work is little burden rather then focusing on the area need growths.

No one should work here there is nothing to say. There is no jobsecurity. They hire employee and after getting their work completed they ask the employee to leave the company without giving any notice aur warning.very bad and worst company to work with.
