I was terminated without notice or reason and faced unprofessional behavior from HR. I have contacted Ms. Prerna in HR for clarification. The matter has also been reported to the SSP, Patna, and the Labor Law Enforcement Department. If no response is received, I will pursue legal action.

First of all the brand name itself speaks alot about the ethics and the motto. Anyway every organisation has thier own set of pros and cons and so does my company too, but for me in my current organisation mostly I like the work culture, easy approach to the superiors, healthy environment.
