There are few parameters which we can say it is one of the best place I have worked for so long and the feel of dedication to learn or implement new things in your day to day work life to keep a good balance. The management is fabulous. Company policies are good enough to cope up the outside world if we compare. Job security is so far so good. Appraisals are given at the right time inspite of covid situations.

Dislikes

If we talk about politics and work environment it goes on parallely. There are some advantages and disadvantages as well. But there is nothing to take it so seriously which will hamper your work life. So it is just ignorable.

Likes

I have respect for Birla group, but the branches where I worked are terrible. It is basically a center for 'talent killing'. The Heads of departments are so low skilled that you will hate being a employee. No professional growth. The Heads just use their Ego. They lack leadership skills. I am surprised how such people are appointed in such a popular group of educational institutions.

There are prospects to learn in depth knowledge in any fields which we are working. Work life is balanced as compared to MNCs. Salary/ appraisals are fair enough as per central government policies they follow. Innovation in terms of digital working environment they have launched a new ERP system for better output in daily work in all departments.

Dislikes

Vintage employees are reluctant to support new joiners with work related co-ordination and behavioral issues as well.
