HR system is very incompetent here . Policies are also not employees friendly. Only thing which I don't like is HR and their policies

...non caliber employees and managers is there in some plants like raebareli unit , company is not professional, no issues related to salary and job security even company has paid the salary in tough time in COVID lockdown, also compensate to employees family whose loss his life in COVID and salary increment is normal. Culture like govt. Jobs😀 over all for job company is good

...worst thing is employees get increment very late. Company cuts 3 months arrears. They don't pay PF from company side, they will deduct both side pf from your salary and will fool govt.

Salary, Promotional politics, HOD culture . HOD is god & if you work hard but you dont have talent of buttering , you will be treated like garbage. Every thing depends on HOD & HOD loves politics.

This organization (Maharshtra zone especially) is on decline mode. Management on day to day basis harasses professionals by giving existential threats, most likely it will extend confirmation period (in 80% cases), promotes favouritism (known folks will get hired at higher designation, salary -I know in of the cases the question asked was - 'hope all is well in your family'). Variable salary component for Sr. Manager and above grade is 30-50% only. Travel Claim reimburesement takes 45-60 days. Join only if you have a solid exit plan within 1 year or else, you will be in a tough spot.
