Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high. Sometimes,I have to work 14-18 hours straight INA day as I have to attend client call in the evening and sometimes late into the night

Likes

Working environment is much better. Gym, badminton court, vollyball court and lots of gaming facilities available. Functional program organised time to time. Teammates are supportive and good. Overalls experience is satisfactory.

Company policies not much transparent. Salery is good but career growth is slow.

Top management is good and respective. But some security person are they don't know how to give respect for the safety supervisors. Company policy also good

Company has not been permanent for safety supervisors. According to global standards I think the company needs the safety supervisor, because plant has been extended.

Its like a "Sarakari Naukari" with minimum responsibility and no authority.

Dislikes

Absolute "Lala" culture, dominated by Finance and Accountants. No rolw for technology or development, only the sales no. counts.

Company policy is is very poor of Birla Carbon. Other business is not removed employees from their services due to Corona.

Dislikes

Birla Carbon Management is very poor. My experience is above 34 years from the date plant construction. The Management is removed from my services with one minute without any reason. Many of employees removed their services without any reason. This type management policy not good for employees.
