work environment is inclined towards negativity and sycophancy. unequal distribution of work and mismanaged workforce. rife with petty politics and poor work-life balance for those taking up additional responsibility of hostel. merit does not always find proper representation unless being close to the power-clout and hence genuine hardworking staff often feel demotivated.
