Here the work culture is very bad , lack of professionalism. You have to work independently most of the time . The work from home part is worst , you have to work by EOD till your work is not completed . Here every team is blaming each other for the delay in work , this creates a work pressure among the employees. If you are preferring money then you can join here , otherwise for mental peace avoid this place
