They will.give you responsibility but they won't promote you and increase your salary but they will say that you will be leading this work or position without the official promotion and increased salary.

They force you to work for such long hours even after the 9.5 hrs shift they force you to stay in office and do others work as well.

...n staff even in dedicated airline. Appraisal are not there at right time at all. They Never increase salary as well as ur designation. All seniors didn't take staff problems seriously. Even for the resignation they didn't consider at once. They just call u again and again for the same. Even they didn't approve the annual leaves as its the right of employees. Even they didn't transfer u in other airlines if u r not comfortable. Also u will never get appraised by single person. Staff over there always play politics from junior to senior they just take their respective positions as a granted. What ever the Seniors feel they do according to their convenience. There is much more to say but i Don't think that this much will also gonna improve. I will never suggest to join this company to anyone.

There are few steps I like :- 1) It gives basic trainings for 7 days which is knowledgeable. 2)Provides in between many trainings about services.

...ere is no changes in shifts. 2) Continuously permanent night shifts are there. 3) Salary is not enough according to work & night shifts.

There was nothing to like about since the day i had worked in the company.

No work appreciation how much you work hard for the company No salary increment till the date i worked say almost 5years. Only favourates staff are given all priorities week off sick leaves tympass and the work they wanna do All the senior management are ex staff of jet nw who dont knw abc of staff handling all what they will do is just fool around. If you become anyones favourate then only you will be prioritize and will be given growth so u need to be a spoon of someone One who are quite and disciplined are treated like their own servant Many more things.. If anyone looking to work here beaware you can instead join celebinas or any direct airlines but dont join BWFS MUMBAI...
