Srwy to say this was my first job but was very unsatisfactry with this company. All employers are not helpful and the worst thing is was salary was not in time and in end because of this covid 19 they started removing the staff.

Ahmedabad It's third party ground staff handling at airport it very feel good while working at airport. Meet different people,personality,celebrity,poltician,meet different cultures & diversity To work at airport as flight operations To work with different flights. Handling passanger & solving there queries.

Ahmedabad Salary not paid to deserving candidates Same salary . It hire 12 pass ,gradute, post graduate student 12 pass students don't possess attitude of maturity lack of infrastructure at Ahmedabad Airport, facilities are less they charge for parking payment every month despite airport come under adani airport. Quality check not done properly,audit check not done properly I pc 15 employees work to operate flight Lack of infrastructure at Ahmedabad airport. it's mental health problems while working at Ahmedabad airport Insulting & bullling takes place infront of passanger & other staff . Every employee does care other employees at what designation,work experience,& knowledge & skill. Just insult infront of other staff showing ego using wrong use of power & experience down grading talanted employees Employees caring personailty & humble , trustworthy not able manage & work due to insufficient infrastructure, insult,poltics, wrongly using the power duty manager & high authority.

The all senior staff are very partiality type of person the always support to the drug addicted staff and who's belongs there states in the bird group they are very flirty with the consumers it's my personal openion what I saw there and if someone does good work they always try push them down and back to protect there favourite staff who's buttering them. I ticked all 4 stars but genuinely it's doest work and it's not exept below 4 stars that's why gives 4 start.

Highly suitable for people with lesser employability skills, and lesser language skills. As long as one is good at being cham cha to their bosses, we can survive in this group forever. They do not fire anyone since they are not able to attract good talent. highly stable companies as they have their ways of political connections and are extremely good with shady deals. I can comfortably report to office after lunch hours and have a plenty of breaks, no one cares. Chewing Paan, smoking, eve-teasing, all other nasty things are permitted. Anyone can eat and drink on their tables as well.

Dislikes

there is no leadership or managerial roles; but one may find lot of titles filled with high-end leadership and managerial titles. managers manage managers who in turn manage other managers. no growth to real workers. most of the managers with leadership titles have secondary income or private companies in their back end; so all those people concentrate purely on their personal companies sitting in bird group offices - but take credit of the real workers' output and thereby continuously grow in bird group. there is no corporate culture here.

Company owner is very good but management is very bad.

The one & only manager whose name is sushil kumar rao who is only support to a female staff he is very clever person all things in sushil kumar rao’s hand.
