Salary never on time, Almost delayed every month, No job security whatsoever few colleagues been dismissed by the company without giving any prior notice. Company’s financial health is at major risk, they are indirectly playing with employees future plus company has no vision at all.

Management tack so much time to tack a strong decision We need to groom planning team. Bira people perform more than expectations.wrong thinking about people who work in farma company before join Bira for me if Bira tack farma company management they help us to batter in quality and documentation .

It's the worst company to work for - No on-time salary - Hire and Fire policy - No New strategy and continuous changes in policies. - Laid Off employees many times before and continuing the same.

No fixed working hour. Regional level politics. Managers have no clear focus objectives and strategies. Everything comes last minute and they do panic planning. Most of the times their stocks are not available and therefore you will miss on targets and incentives. They will ask you do 10 things at a time. Market settlements are never on time turning clients furious

Bira is best as a Learning Platform, Seniors are supportive, HR is supportive, Smooth joining

1-Low Salary as per the competition. 2- Never Pay incentives on time & sometimes don't pay. 3- Field employees are tracked with GPS and can only close meeting with geo tagging. 4- Financial dependence on Investors only. It can broke any time.
