This company is utterly unrelible when it comes to salary payment. January's salary is supposedly being paid on February 20th and there is no guarantee of that either. This is how they treat payroll staffs- Completely unacceptable. Its becoming difficult to manage family without saraly since almost two months. work enviornment is even worst. Seniors have zero trust on managers, constantly tracking their locations like they are criminals. To top it off, they openly disrespect experienced managers in Whatsapp groups and meetings, humiliating them in front of inexperienced juniors.Vey unprofessional place to work.

No punch in punch out Work life balance coz of no work. The company doesnt have money to purchase ingredients for its beer let alone any marketing activities.

Dislikes

- Salary inconsistency. Sometimes its delayed by 1 week, sometimes 2 weeks. - Variable pay delay: Was delayed by over 2-3 months this time - Company is going in major loss. There are crores of debts on the company. Funding comes and goes in few days. The company has no vision. - Upper management is a big issue in most departments. They expect you to work on weekends, work long hours and not listen to you. - HR is not supportive at all. They will say speak to your manager directly for anything. - There is no place in the HO to sit. There are people who have to sit at the reception coz there are no chairs inside. Almost 60% people from Head Office have resigned in past 2-3 months and I wont be surprised if the company shuts down anyday.

Brand itself speaks about it and so the culture and growth. With every milestone achieved you get something new. Learning is far better than any of the B-school. I would strongly recommend everyone to join the revolution with amazing and lovely people around.

Dislikes

Only teh compensation part which is also being reviewed by HR now. Else no company can compare what Bira gives you.

- Salary used to get delayed by more than 2 months - Top management is clueless of ground realities - Key decision makers take calls to manage the CEO expectations not the business - There is no work life. You are expected to not get paid timely, changing rules to ensure no incentives are possible and expect 100% of your soul 24×7

Salary Never on Time. Promotions Promised but never full filled. Job security is worst anyday anytime they can Hire & Fire. Company Organisation is very worst. Money settlement issues.
