...company follows a hire and fire policy, contributing to a negative work culture. Getting salary and incentives credited often requires persistent reminders, with employees having to ask 7-8 times monthly. Despite this, employees are expected to work tirelessly without timely compensation.

1. Compensation was decent but after one month of joining they informed that I will be receiving half of my salary because of the economic downfall of the organisation due to covid issue and the rest amount would be given after situation is normal. But now after one whole year of me leaving the company, my full and final settlement have not yet been done, even the security deposit have not been credited. It was a worst experience working here mainly due to this salary issue. 2. I was given extra work than what I was supposed to do and was told to be given incentives on that. But there were no incentives for that work. 3. Also, there is no job-training for freshers. 4. There was a software that used to calculate the working hours and the mouse and key-board activity. And it was horrible. Because if there was a 3minutes of inactivity it used to pause the time. Overall experience at Biotecnika was terrible except the fact that my fellow colleagues and also the team lead and the head was polite and well-behaved.

Being a fresher, you get to learn new things every day. I started at a good salary as a fresher and got incentives too. I had to leave my job because I moved abroad with my family. I will continue working from home if given an opportunity.

Everything. Before they could fire me I resigned on my 5th day. Our fathers send us to a different state so that we can do our job and then this shit guy Shekhar Suman doesn't pay a rupee to us, you have a daughter too, see what you're doing. You play with others money sweat and emotions then be ready karma is going to get you soon. Worst place to work ever!!!!!
