Compensation is is decent, growth is Slow.the work environment is good but the much politics. Unnecessary innovation and wast time and work life is not balance.

Free bus facility,30 days paid leaves, family insurance etc. Full support by H.O.D. is a good thing to work in QA-QC department.

In Q.A. & Q.C. DEPARTMENT, MANAGER is have no skill and not proper training given to any new Joiner. Only she is responsible if Biotech vision care Pvt. Ltd. Khatraj plant will be closed due to less manpower no one wants to work under her and left jobs only because of her. I am also searching another jobs because I am also working under her. She is insulting new Joiner in front of all and work load dumping without giving training. Very cheap behaviour. Like uneducated,low class and never take any responsibility on her. All works are pending because of less manpower and no one stay with her.

Nothing, poor strategy and Non IT person is leading the IT department which is horrible.

There is no systematic work flow. Person to person different policy. Fully selfish superior, Unprofessional behavior.

One of the worst organization I have worked in last 16 years of my career . It is actually not a organization but a dictator house who flings with career of employees according to his mood.No skill development , no benefits and compensations and worst company culture . They first encash your relationship in market and then throw you out like anything . Please don’t spoil your career graph by joining this organization .

No Job Security, micro management in CMD, poor company policies, no employee benefit i was part of HR and have seen multiple HOD in tenure in HR. lot of micro management. very bad work culture
