This is absolutely THE WORST most unorganized company I have ever worked for. You over work your people but don't pay there worth & you don't give raises? The fact that the scheduling is horrible & you haven't figured out yet that you need a routine overnight staff on the weekends is beyond me. There's no way the Monday routine people should be drawing labs from FRIDAY, that's not good "patient care". The fact that you all take the first 15 miles is an insult. Did you ever think you should ASK why your turnover rate is so bad?? I've never in my life seen people quit in group chats or in the middle of shifts, that's a problem. Oh, the fact that I don't know who the hell Brent is, because he never bothered to introduce himself. The training, well let's say the LACK THERE OF.. You don't know if these people can stick, I have seen so many tore up arms it's sad. People sticking people multiple time WITH THE SAME NEEDLE, WTH????!!! THAT'S violation of EVERY CODE!! These are the kind of people you have TRAINING. You don't even require certification?! You throw these people out there & they have NO CLUE, hence the questions they CONSTANTLY ask in this chat that they should know. Brent if you want some tips let me know. Start at valuing your employees instead of your pockets a little more. NO ONE respects the company because first of all you're interviewing with people that cuss in the interview & wear mini skirts?? OH, if you haven't had an evaluation or raise since you've been there contact EEOC & file a report so you can get back pay for every year didn't recieve one because they are REQUIRED. Don't be mad Brent, thank me for pointing all of these things out. Might help that turn over rate & reports to OSHA, compliance & lawsuits.
