Nothing to like about, there was only 1 Project Manager with industry exposure and he left the organisation on 16/11/2024. This company is lagging 10 Year behind the market standards. You will have trouble learning. Good company to start your career 😁

... a immitation jwellery shop and uses its employees as a fake croud for the shop. Gifts them the same immitation jwellery as diwali bonus even if you are a single man.😂 You will have hard time coping to industry standards id you have worked here. No Global Projects

... indications. Due to small team size everyone gets to learn every task and role. Salary was credited on time without delay under any circumstances. Cultural events and celebrations during festivals. Good bonding with team and good support from seniors.

As a CRA travelling and stay is not comfortable due to too much cost cutting. Early morning and late night flights is booked to avoid overnight hotel stay and CRA had to take early morning flight, travel for 7-8 hours and wokr on same day of travel with inadequet sleep and insufficient time for the work. This affect employee health and also work quality. Micromanagement by director in small things like who was keeping personal phones and who is going to washrooms without entering in register makes the work envieonment too toxic. Director should not be checking washroom register entries instead of getting more quality business. No technological advancements used unlike other CROs. (Softwares, electroninc data capture systems, ctms, etc). Random employee hiring and firing policies. For CRAs travel expense policy is extremely painful. You cannot use cab to travel to and from airport. You will have to strictly use public transport like local trians and metros even for early morning and late night travel or running late for site work. Also, however less you spend and claim, they will still deduct some amount feom the claim every time, even 50-100 rupees. CRAs returning from overnight travel at early morning (2 or 3 am) should report to office by 10 or 11 am same day, no holiday or work from home allowed. No compensatory off for working on weekends or public holidays or festivals. Only 5 days paid leaves allowed yearly, that too with prior notice of 2-3 months which can be cancelled at last minute due to work load. Employees have to submit phones in a tray and can take only with HR/Director's permission. Male employees have to enter in and out time in the washroom register everytime. It can be checked and employee can be questioned if the duration of in and out or number of entries is more than expected. Lack of work-life balance. Since you get to know if Saturday is working or holiday only on Friday evening you cannot plan any weekend outing or trip with friends and family.

Just waste of time and hard work. After work is done no payment, no performance incentive as per offer letter. If asked then threat calls to family members. Totally a fraud organisation.
