The fact after hiring they changed and dropped my pay. All tedious repeat courses and tests. Higher ups are rude and narcissistic. They absolutely cannot tell when people are on drugs because you can clearly tell some of them are in fact on drugs.

Really it's not recommended for fresher to join this company as you waste your time and end without any progress in your professional life. They just consider you as a working robot rather than a human behavior. I would like to make few points on the working culture, it seems to be made up for a people from region, management and team leaders dependent on malayali people and their followers. not sure why they do not consider people from other location and looks so much biased and favored only to malayali people. Lots of stress, no increment, manager is not helpful, no importance given to health issue of the employees. L3(SN) and TL mindset are very small and behave like a boss rather then the leaders. No caring or given importance to the female employees, carrer succession plan is available only for the selected region people and not the people who comes from other states. TL and A Ben always behind the girls. TL when (R) was leave he also leave. People from other regions are put down the paper and they didn't even try retrieving back, you need yo leave this company and they want only malayali people. Malayali team only gets increments and promotion. L3(SN) and TL both are givning freedom to the Malayali team. Manager is blind towards what is happening among employess. Lots of partiality and biased see towards the closed employees, on WFO or breaks and even at working hours,also company provides an option to watch movies and download thru wifi
