...rking day without payment 4)then every 4th saturday is working with in 3months 5) 2 month notice period without salary working system..When u resign then after 2 month will get that salary....That means total 4 months will go...So nobody can get new job with in this period

Employee engagement is zero because of which onboarding and initial phase was brutal. There was no one to talk because everyone is swamped with loads of work. Employee is treated like a slave. Humongous work pressure and the manager that I worked with was very rude, lacking empathy with zero team spirit. There were times I used to feel so alone that I almost broken down. I would suggest to join this company only if you have no other option

I enjoyed working with some colleagues who are equally experienced & skilled parsons, they are really good people.

Poor work culture & micro management. Work life is not balanced. No opportunities to work on challenging projects.

Clueless Directors, Arrogant senior executives, biased Managers. A Company that has no clue where it is heading. Half-hearted attempts at expansion have blown up in the face as they don't know what to do. Do not join this Company, you will regret it!

Not having to rush to the office each day has not only saved time but also reduced stress. the team here is quite diverse in terms of personlity. many are soft-spoken and approach their work with a clam and focused demeanor. this creates a traquil work environment. which is particularly conducive to productivity and concentration. However it's true that like any workplace, we do have our fair share of challenges. some colleagues might come across as a bit brusque or abrupt at times. but its essential to remeber that working style can vary greatly, and what may seem rude to one person may not be intended that way at all.

Uncooperative Top Management: The perception that top management is uncooperative can be demotivating. A lack of support or collaboration from higher-up can hinder productivity and innovation, making it challenging to implement new ideas or bring about positive changes. Difficulty in Taking Leaves: A cumbersome leave request process or a general unwillingness to grant leaves can lead to burnout and increased stress among employees. Soft-spoken vs. rude colleagues: Dealing with colleagues with contrasting communication style can be something lead to miscommunication and tension Inadequate communication: Lapses in communication can lead to misunderstandings missed opportunities and inefficiencies. Lack of Team Bonding: some team members even heads can make building a sense of camaraderie and team spirit more difficult. Inconsistent cooperation: Variability in colleague cooperation and willingness to collaborate can be frustrating.
