This company don't deserve this section. I left this company after 30 days of joining. This company wasted my 1 month.

... with male employees. I prefer not to join this company for regulatory affairs. They will give you high salary for regulatory affairs department and hire you, but once if you join , you won't see any development in your talent and career. All the employees working there are trying to shift for long time , but they can't shift because they don't have any knowledge. This company didn't train them properly. They are struggling to shift the company. Join a company that trains you properly and a company having good learning platform. If you prefer salary over skill development, You will struggle after few years.This is a fraud company with irresponsible head and manager.

Worst . The QC second line viswa kumar and Merry mam very very worst .. they removing jobs. They are not understanding and not supporting work wise problems. They removing job within year RM incharges and reviewers left and right. They are not understanding work pressures. They are not giving increment they removed jobs. We are unfit means how they kept us upto one year. One year increment letter they given. They removed job. Increment not given letter only given. Worst culture. These mediate people qc second line viswa kumar and merry spoil the company culture.

One can get enough leaves to enjoy apart from that do not expect anything learning in fact zero learning, your confidence diminishes day by day, no career growth if you want to just spend time doing nothing then you can choose this company

Dislikes

No training will be given because you don't need any skills to work in Bioplus if you spend lots of time in the organization then forget opportunities in better companies. They just deal with neutraceuticals 8 products and you get nothing to do with those molecule, you see lots of poilitics here difficult to survive.
