They are money minded people. They'll go to any level to even extract 1 rupee from your salary. Even dedicated employees who bring revenue to the company are facing this issue. Stop being penny wise and pound foolish. Stop bonded labour, avoid signing 2 year bonds, keeping original certificates/passport as an tactic to keep employees locked. Instead focus on how ethically you can keep employees.

The scope to learn is good as you have no other choice but to learn yourself as others in the organization aren't technically proficient. Small team, only about 10 or so employees. You will converse with all the people who work here on a daily basis. Weekend off.

Everybody is clueless here, with zero knowledge Late salary Poor Management (manipulative, false promises, deceiving practices) No promotion opportunities No HR manager Zero employee benefits Employee exploitation to the maximum (never say you know too many things, it'll be used against you!) Very difficult to exit the company (they will make life hell for u!) Hopeless leave policy Difficult to get a hike ( they will keep saying they are in loss and cannot give a salary hike) The lab is in the BATHROOM of this organization (goes to show how dedicated they are)

Bad management. Arbitrary firings. No Job security. Salary structure low compared to market trends. High turnover. One year minimum bond sign.
