Except for the enthusiasm of a couple of people, there is absolutely nothing about this company to like.

Bione is not a company you can trust. Doesn't pay salary on time, holds salary for multiple employees at a time, and doesn't even clear the full and final payments months after employees have resigned. Joining the company has been my biggest regret. I will advice anyone reading the comment to think hard before making this decision. Overall poor company culture with ever changing strategies.

Bione ventures private limited mein 11 month kam kiya tha utna jyada work pressure rahata hai ki employees ki koi sunta bhi nahin hai aur employees ke liye koi bhi benefits nahin Hai aur mera yahan sa fnf amount bhi nahin mila tha

Bahut jyada bekar company hai yahan per salary bhi nahin milati Hai acche se aur company Noida se chhodkar bhag Gai Hai sare employees ko nikal Diya Gaya Hai salary bhi nahin Di gai hai bahut jyada bekar Hai company

This company really sucks. No job security, terrible staffs, worst HR, worst company I have ever seen, if u leave the company if there is an emergency after getting the salary, they will ask you to return the salary can anyone believe? yes this only happens in Bione. Third class company the cheapest people are there.

It's such Abad experience they don't no how to respect employees and always they will do partiality, no job security don't no when they will terminate you. Better not to join the company
