Team is good and training is excellent and job security is high but with good performance and there is a huge career growth depending on the performance, salary is reversed every 1 year and appraisal for new Enter will be there in 6 months of time, travel with in the allocated area and no politics , learning curve will go high with good working environment.company will teach us how to balance personal and professional life..

Nothing is there to like in Bion Therapeutic except Mr. Shukla (M.D & CEO). He is quite good in professional as well as personal. Rest all are liers.

Please don't ask me it's really horrible. If you love your career then please don't choose Bion or MeAxon division at all. All senior colleagues are lier. They'll use you like anything and when problem will come all fault is yours and force you to leave.
