A few adjectives to describe top and middle management - 1. Unprofessional , 2. Biased (personal relations & gender), 3. Unfair (prejudices and favouritism), 4. Toxic, 5. Pretentious, 6.Pseudo intellectuals, and 7. Primitive
I had switched from investment profile on the pretext (as shared in jd) to join Commercials, however there was nothing commerical but all basic sales analysis which standard 8 kids would be taught in excel basics class. The profile is all about fetching sales data from servers in excel and making dashboards. But since salaries need to be justified, the dashboards are unnecessarily made complex and complicated. the real paradox is that the company has dashboard specific softwares like tableau and powerbi. there is a lot more to describe but in nutshell, it is all sham and there is nothing “commercial”. Joining this profile was my worst professional decision and i hope, pray of not repeating likes mistakes again.
HR as usual is non existential and worst of the lot. The quality of deliverables are so low that the policies drafted at India levels are grammatically incorrect forget being of legal holding. Hirings are done similarly. Like in one case JD is issued for Assistant Managers, mail body says Manager and Senior Executive is hired.
Managers have all the powers. So, if terms are good, one will enjoy the perks and if not, life will be suffered. I WAS DENIED WFH AND LEAVE WHEN MY MOTHER HAD TO BE OPERATED FOR KNEE REPLACEMENT, AND ONE BLESSED MEMBER HAD THE PRIVILEGE OF CONVERTING LEAVES INTO WFH.
Will not suggest this company for non healthcare professionals. For finance and general management guys, IT IS JUST A LOCAL CA FIRM

...h their respective CTC. This of-course has implications on next appraisal. His pets gets undue salary hikes and promotion. Majority of them are mere 12th pass except 3 who are CA. To suprise the entire leadership at regional and global level are mum. The rest of the people are leaving as soon as they are getting any opportunity. Indian HR team is pathetic. Hiring is clueless, policy is hopeless and implementation is pathetic. There is no WFH policy hence, if someone who is good in pleasing managers , they get easily, rest are shown approval route where it gets rejected by HR and becomes forced leave. Thank got one of them is leaving soon !!! Amen
Third, Work. Below average work with NIL value addition. Only GST , FP&A and Supply Chain basic work. Simple tax issues are handed over to consultants. MD’s pets believe they are doing amazing work and ask rest “tum karte hi kya ho” !!! Irony is one such is a CA not working on tax, accounting or finance work; just basic data structuring using v/h lookups.
Strong advice to anyone who wants to join. NEVER EVER. every organisation has similar sort of culture but here it is extreme. Every day spent here was so depressing. I am finally out !! 🙏
It's a jungle where one can be safe only if he / she is in good books of the king. People close to management think they can do anything, treat people however they like because victims have no where to go and tell their story. Politics is the only vision and mission of India management team
Lots of politics from the people directly in touch with senior management, everyone is trying to escape the work even if it is of their domain, policies are not that open what is expected from an MNC, people fight on the floor, immense work pressure and management is not ready to hire people and keep existing ones in same pressure, and there are lot more
Promotion’s & appraisals are not that good & for career growth not good enough, people’s are working for 8-10 years but there is no single promotion happening, & once you ask for career growth there is no plan for individual team members.
