The only thing is they will pay salary on time

Dislikes

Company doesn’t give appraisal. Only 1% appraisal that too after 2 years. They promise performance but would never pay. They say cafeteria but there will be mouses and very unhygienic place. No coffee machine as well nothing. Also be aware of bonds they will make people sign toxic bonds by sweet talking and would force on legality. Also don’t trust the reviews they are forcing their employees to put good reviews.

A fraud company. They have embezzled my PF and only deposited half the PF amount promised for few months, Not filed my TDS, Not giving Form 16 and Not paid my 1 month of salary. The HR, Seniors and Directors will exploit you at every situation. Also the company has not given me form 16 as well as my 1 months salary. Till today they have embezzled my PF, they haven’t filed my TDS and not paid me my 1 month salary. Even after repeated mails and requests on this matter they are still ignoring my situation.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
