...nd investors were pumping in the money and spoiled the company without plans. The worst part is 15mins late to office they cut the salary but they expect to work 24/7

...or justice alone. during this pandemic, where should I go...? I have no money... All 2 months of salary and compensation are not paid.... honest working people do not choose this job/company, I beg you. I'm not cursing a single person here, I'm saying with pain, "GOD WILL RETURN WITH DOUBLE"

Company not giving salary i had worked in this company company has been taken decision for closed opration over all this is company self decision and all employees communicated on email your monthly salary will be coming on monthly basis and fnf will be coming after complete notice period But till time I & all employees & Distributors not received any one rupees from company it's fraud company Pls don't join this company

... the KRA's set by the department heads and as per the objectives of the company. During the situations like covid, the employee's were paid full salary. The fair treatment is given to all the employees of Biofi from the management & HR without any discrimination. Paid sick leave to the employees. Great initiative from the HR department for organizing employee engagement activities. The employees are friendly and understanding. Great place to work and talents are recognized.

When the HR & management is questioning the performance, few employees who are incapable take things personally and target the HR and the management. 6days working.

Likes

The company was running well before the 2019 pandemic. At the time of writing this review there is no job security, employees haven't been getting salary on time & people are being asked to take resignations.

Dislikes

The top level management is a mess. They simply do not know how to run a company. There is just no coordination between the departments. Unqualified people holding top posts without any working knowledge. They are churning out products that do not meet quality standards as a result of this. Please verify with the reviews of Biofi's products on Amazon, you'll find out yourself. It is in dire need of a massive management overhaul.
