Everything in this company is Management dicision and every law of Hr is not employee friendly it's complex. There is no growth at all.

The One who works here can think of add other skills apart from his job, since management never restrict you in anycase. You can pursue other academics too. Can prepare for other exams as well. Nobody will disturb you beyond your works commitment. You may expect versatile work responsibility anytime other than your actual profile.

Yes, Politely informing to the management to don't rely on old horse, who are sitting idle and doing nothing for company. Have some attention on crafting company policy in terms of business growth, product development team, get some hard core sales guys, Have proper Bifurcation of Teams 1.Product Development 2.Product Management Team 3. QA team 4.commercial team 5.Technology experience sales & business dev teams 6.Active Technical support team. All above are already known to the management, but still not working on it. Since organization has good reputation in market, sadly output are not upto the mark just because of few managerial post holders. >> Employess are spinal, so never overlook them. >> Proper Hikes, Awards, Meetings, motivation session, outing, Skills enhancement team should be on place. Management never take suggestion F2F for business enhancement. Hoping all points be looked after for consideration.

No growth career wise and financial wise. No job satisfaction no employee satisfaction Management is useless HR policies are horrible. Good for fresher can survive max to max 1 yr No incentives, no appraisals, no appropriation All projects are hopeless specially Smart city projects. No testing team, not using updated tools and technologies. Copying through open source.
