-- They lie about salary, their projects and products -- Huge deductions in salary. Approx. 50% of the committed in-hand will be deducted -- Toxic and hostile culture -- Delayed salary credits -- Founder and Managing Director are ill-mannered, and shout/abuse employees publicly, without any reason -- It's a Mum and Pop company run like a Kirana Store -- Founder and owner think they have hired bonded laborers and not employees -- They don't have any actual projects, just the POC to earn money from investors -- They do not have any business acumen to run the operation -- Hoax on clientele -- Fixed entry time but will keep employees stay late for review meetings and then would not even arrange transport for female employees -- Founders have no manner how to behave with female, and even male employees -- The company head can be seen putting his shoes and leg on the conference table to relax during the meeting while female staff sitting in the room -- Employees, including senior leaders and managers, join and leave the company in 3-4 months -- Stinking eating area with no hygiene, no cold drinking water, stinking washrooms -- No functional cafeteria -- No cab facility, and the location is far away from Metro. Commuting is hassle -- Employees are not respected, even the Senior VPs and Managers are abused -- First company seen in my entire tenure, where even HR team is not satisfied, many have left, others hunting for job and life -- I wish I had an option to rate 1/2 star -- Founders, owners and few puppets, really need to work on their behavioral skills if they want to sustain in this biz and corporate SHAME!!

No job security, no salary hike since last 2 years. Employees are treated like animals and not human beings. Anyone can be fired with out any reason. So who so ever joins, should have a back ready in life.
