They give high package and show more cuttings even bonus and employer PF involved in our salary. They won't give good appraisal for less package employees, for all they will give same appraisal. That means high package employees getting high appraisal, less package employees getting less appraisal only..

I like flexibility in some manners. Infrastructure is good, area facility is very good. Biocon park campus is very nice atmosphere is good. Security guards are very good.

Dislikes

Work life balance. Food. Bonus system. For extra time there is no competition. Increament and appraisal very less. Tamil politics. So much favoritism for tamil people.

Biocon Biologics not supported during COVID-19 for the employees. No increment for 2 years no Bonus for 2 year's. No compensation during COVID-19 lockdown working. WFH to very limited people's. Most of employees planning to move out from organization.
