...s, best place to learn those. Most impressive is about flexible work timings. Compared to other companies the salary is good even at fresher level. High job security, company policies are good, cafteria and canteen are pleasant, provide nutriceous food. If you want to experience and expose to industry during your studies utilise the internship programm they will provide stipend too . Also biocon academy provides few training programmes you can join after your graduation.

...have good team bonding culture and have multiple outings in a year for the same. They provide decent salary as per the post.

One day work from home. One needs to clock 9 hours everyday and hence it provides very less flexibility. It's not that supportive in case of medical cases and I've seen them not allowing people to work from home even in case of injuries and ailments. Though it was expected to be better since it is a pharma company

...ver there don't even care whether we are gaining knowledge or no. Never go here. Environment in this department is too toxic plus the salary is only Rs 10,000 per month that too many delays for crediting the salary on time. I left this company mid of my apprenticeship program. Thank You!

They give high package and show more cuttings even bonus and employer PF involved in our salary. Skill wise improvement we don't see any improvements if we have enough knowledge we can survive or else need to suffer Growth wise nothing expectation Work satisfaction is nill CFT Managers will target is if we won't support

They won't give good appraisal for less package employees, for all they will give same appraisal. That means high package employees getting high appraisal, less package employees getting less appraisal only..
