...ver there don't even care whether we are gaining knowledge or no. Never go here. Environment in this department is too toxic plus the salary is only Rs 10,000 per month that too many delays for crediting the salary on time. I left this company mid of my apprenticeship program. Thank You!

... ur reporting manager working additional time he will expect always ur presence. Salary part never be meet standards. Company is corporate but people among there not enough. No performance scaling it just like common one among in the team.

...have good team bonding culture and have multiple outings in a year for the same. They provide decent salary as per the post.

One day work from home. One needs to clock 9 hours everyday and hence it provides very less flexibility. It's not that supportive in case of medical cases and I've seen them not allowing people to work from home even in case of injuries and ailments. Though it was expected to be better since it is a pharma company

HR policies are excellent. World class standards for API production, exposure to different levels and skill development opportunities.

Employees are exploited to an extent . Overtime without pay and work life balance difficult to maintain.

Skill wise improvement we don't see any improvements if we have enough knowledge we can survive or else need to suffer Growth wise nothing expectation Work satisfaction is nill CFT Managers will target is if we won't support
