Worst management policy. Company focuses on quantity rather than quality. They require the product to be released at the expense of the employees personal life. There is no job security as well as I have seen people being terminated back to back. Appraisals are very poor.

...ucture is not available in the laboratories for a person to work satisfactorily. Increments are calculated on the basic salary which is already too less.

Work culture, hierarchy, monotonous process, monopoly department, no clarity, no growth of old employees, no standard systems, parity in position and pay, HR policies, infrastructure

...have good team bonding culture and have multiple outings in a year for the same. They provide decent salary as per the post.

Dislikes

One day work from home. One needs to clock 9 hours everyday and hence it provides very less flexibility. It's not that supportive in case of medical cases and I've seen them not allowing people to work from home even in case of injuries and ailments. Though it was expected to be better since it is a pharma company

...ver there don't even care whether we are gaining knowledge or no. Never go here. Environment in this department is too toxic plus the salary is only Rs 10,000 per month that too many delays for crediting the salary on time. I left this company mid of my apprenticeship program. Thank You!

HR policies are excellent. World class standards for API production, exposure to different levels and skill development opportunities.

Dislikes

Employees are exploited to an extent . Overtime without pay and work life balance difficult to maintain.
