Nothing...salary they show CTC is different with the in hand salary for me 8000 difference in the salary

They remove everyone whenever they want simply they will tel to get an other offer outside as they doesn't need that role at that time. Ryt now company Is on worst condition.

...ded in CTC & it'll not be given during fnf also ( if not completing 5 years) . . 3) Bonus component added into CTC , & if you resign before the appraisal cycle which is 1 quarter of the next FY , then you'll not get you bonus amount ( which is included in CTC ) . 3)

Micromanagement, Policies about promotion, No salary corrections for old employees, they r hiring freshers with high packages. So employee working in company for 4 years is having package equal to freshers.

...harma company, compensation for interns with even PG degree is not satisfactory. I request them to increase the pay scale for interns at least from good institutions in India so that they can at least take care of their daily needs. Freshers with good academic qualifications, skills and expertise don't deserve a stipend of 15k. I hope this message reaches any of the high authorities and they revise their intern pay at least for the next batch of interns.
