I would like to inform you about my job carrier in Biomed Healthcare Product Pvt Ltd.This is a very good group and Biomed is a manufacturer of Medical Devices like I.V Cannula , I.V Set ,B.T Set and Syringes and any other product related to medical devices. Regarding Company culture there is no problem. There is a healthy environment for work and culture is a very good of company.

Salary timing is 15 to 22 of every Next Month.

There is nothing to like about the company. Very Egoistic Director who just listen to their old employees. Whether they are lying. I faced so much insecurities and jealous by older employees. The make employees keep staring and commenting on the female employees. Even some of the female employees dont have self respect. They dont take anything personally. Very narrow minded people are there. Even management decides what a female employees can wear. Management make the employees leave without giving them any reason. The worst experience of my life. Cheapest company I have worked with ever.

Bio-med is a very good company ,company known for the manufacturing of medical devices like I.V.Cannula, syringes , and extension lines . Company environment is a mixture of coordination, support and adopting new technology which required for future. Training , new technology and problem solving team is the strength of the company.We are a stable company in the medical devices market from last 15 years.

we are very confident about our work and culture some time it convert in to over confidence .
