Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

HR Department and Managers are very helpful. They support in every situation which we faces and understand all the problems. Enjoying alot there. It is my first company the experience I get is always memoriable.

Dislikes

In company many employees do lot of politics. So does not have that whole statisfaction of work -life balance. And my team members is not even supportive they are more intersted in whole politics that happens.

The HR of this company is horrible. They are no way constructive and positive people. They are rude and speak foul language. The HR herself is daughter of the owner and so she acts very rude.
