...ork environment and culture. Teammates is transparent.company policies are good.appraisals are fair and they give good salary.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management does,t address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to to new joiners.

Likes

1. The company has opportunity to a new educated labour employee also to develop his working skills. 2. Behaviour,explaination, communication,help..................... goodwills are almost well even with a labour. 3. Timely payment.

Dislikes

1. Vacation prieod after a long term. Every vacation after 2 years. 2. The staff push a force too much at the job site for progress that occurs an accedent/incident. 3. To the field some staff like as foremen, supervisor, engineer each others criticism. 4. Bad accommodation/ transportation.
