The company's work culture had been very helpful and motivating. The company's owner had a very down to earth approach & team leaders were very supportive during my stint with this company. Good communication was a key and coordination between departments was commendable. I used to enjoy working at Binnys Jewellery.

Dislikes

Attendance policy with regards to punching process used to be highly time bound viz., 5 minutes. Employees have had hard times to coup with this policy. HR policy with regards to lunch break was extremely inadequate (just 20 minutes), employee's faced difficulties in having quality lunch time with colleague's.
