Salary Delays, No Proper Leave Schedule, No Sick Leaves, Worst Cab Service, Somehow the management tries to steal your incentives usually using stunts like putting you to PIP or metal harassment. The owners wife is extremely egoistic and has paramount superiority complex and they have the HR Director who is herself a narrow minded and egoistic person. If you are a bootlicker and can agree to all the stupidity, yes then its a good place to work otherwise you will fell suffocated.

I was working as fresher and in the starting the were expecting that I should work like as experience person within 12 days they want that I should give results like the person who have experience of 2/5 years

Very toxic people They'll fire you anytime without a warning and without a notice period The HR doesn't even know how to have professional relationship with the employees Joining binding minds as a fresher is a worst nightmare one could ever have in his life It's better to stay unemployment rather than joining binding minds There's no value for your hardwork in this company.

people who are working for long there won't even talk to you once you onboard, no proper training for employee, bad management no work life balance and I hate politics which happen a lot there.

Nothing is positive about this company, worst people, worst management, worst HR ever worked, egoistic manager.

They just know how to play with your career, in initial days they will say you are doing well but as they come to know that you want your own space they will not take a single minute to fire you. Everyone have their own ego here, specially Manager and HR.
