Monotonous work, no management whatsoever. Only good thing about the company Is salary get credited on time.

Dislikes

The company policy is good for nothing for employees. They used to have 45 days notice period, and now they have 90 days. Forget about career growth, you won't even get job related trainings. You'll get negligible appraisals even after your manager promises you'll get higher percentage. Rigidity with night shifts. And the HR are useless they won't even listen to you even after you mail them 10-15 times. Food they provide is worst in taste. Shift starts from 8 pm but there's no definitive logout time, but on papers it's 5 am.

Wrost company I seen ever . 10 to 9 pm strict working timing. Very unprofessional bad behavior manager and upper management. They treat you like servant. Their statement is I don't know you will have to work more than 10hr every day without any excuse. Before joining think twice

Seniors are co-operative and friendly. Higher management is respectful towards employees. Good work-life balance. They won't force you to work extra hours or on weekends unless anything urgent comes up.
