... working in Binary Fountain we get good learning. Company polices are good only. There is no variable pay. Even for testing they are paying very good and as per the standard of product based company.

Your job is secure but the work culture is a bit different from the usual corporate culture. Some senior officials do have an unnecessary air of authority to them. Company policies are okay if you are in a comparatively good position there. But if not, it'll all be down.
