Job security is good but don't expect huge salary . Working culture is not bad but it could be improved alot to make good brand in market. Good management but they couldn't get things as soon as possible make things happen delay. Company policies are good but don't expect more .

In staf some mid level staf make things delay and do unnecessary things they create

company was complete overall 30 years but there is no work culture, salary increment based on your behavior and skills.

my first job, I joined as a quality control it's complete 2 yrs there no work environment, lot of politics, worst teammates. there is no any medical insurance or claims.

The company have high quality products, work enrollment good, Team work and teammates, Low work pressure. Salaries are not bad. Special thanks to Managing director(Boss).

Dislikes

Growth is very slow, They say to 8 hours job but we do 10-12 hours, There nothing learn company have old items and machinery. I have to take back my suggestions most of the times, there is no training for freshers.Company not provided any facilities
