...l growth nor career is safe here. Toxic and highly stressful office Environment. Salary can be reduce if you did not joined on exact joining date. salary is not exact what we discussed in an interview, very disappointed by managers and company owner.

I am beyond disappointed with the experience I had with this company. From start to Finish, my interaction with this company was nothing short of nightmare. The management is completely against employees work life balance. Work environment is toxic and highly stressful. Overwork is not encouraged. Company Manager can't communicate in English and ask their employees to teach me Hindi so she can communicate well. They do not take internal feedback seriously even after poking for so many times. You can use your phone for 8 hours, can't even listen music or talk to colleague during work time. Overall BIM HEROES is a prime example of how not to run a business. I would not recommend working here to anyone. There are far better opportunities out there with companies that value and respect their empoyees.

...ally, because working in a non ventilated office for 9 hrs straight, drained me. The day I got a raise, the next day, my output was forced twice of the salary I received. The only softwares used were Autocad, and rarely Revit, and photoshop. The career and the skills seems to grow, and much later I realised I was under illusion. Once the bunch of us employees took stand to speak up, we were shut down harshly with extra workload for next few days. They also tried to play 'Divide & Rule'. The Manager is the most rude person out of all and needs to be cautious about. He can trick you into the terms which never exists. Especially about the national holidays, saturday being a working day and the rights after resigning the job. Currently the office, has only 1-2 clients, which needs only basic Autocad skills, and I hope the management can at least train this software, even if you dont know it. If you get into this job, read the contract very carefully, and stand for your rights.

...5 works on Autocad always, principal architect is too annoying asking weird i.e., out of the box questions everytime and they didn't even gave me my full salary, the people working there are good but the principal architect and HR are too annoying in starting like in first week they will make fool out of you by talking very politely and getting friendly and telling us that soon we will get revit projects but after that they change their color, so be aware guys before joining this firm

I'm proud to work with BIM Heroes that values their employees and focus on their career & financial growth. The work environment & culture is superb. Everyone here is very supportive - my manager, team lead, colleagues and our Hr. Manager. Specially my Head of production, she's very cooperative, motivating and inspiring. Overall experience is Great. Highly Recommended to join this organization.

I recommend no one to join this company. Here Company manager don't know how to manage team and work, instead they know how to scold, disrespect junior staff here. I still regret that I travelled from Pune to Jaipur for this small job. Not giving day off on Indian festivals including national holidays. No work life balance. no job security. Only a single type of work for all employees. Not giving any training. Can kick off us during probation period.
