It is a simple 'You work hard, you get rewarded' environment - Early in my career I learned important things like leadership, business communication, approaching a problem, as I had to interact with professionals at the C-level and handle my team to deliver the work - The Founder and the management are supportive and friendly, they will listen to your ideas and take your career aspirations too into consideration

The management is most toxic management. CEO and company don't appreciate nothing that you do, even if you work hard and loyal for many years. Full drama everywhere. CEO talk bad about you to others and talk bas about others to you. It gets very bad. It is just copy paste job, you not going to learn anything. If you join, it will ruin your mind and career.

The mentors are amazing with the work and I am learning a lot in a very young age about data driven decisions and its impact on construction material manufacturing industry. We have our mentors to support us in every step of our professional journey. A very friendly environment with our MD & fellow colleagues supporting us in our initiatives.

Worst work culture. We have to work under very unprofessional, unintelligent and below average seniors. Too much internal politics for such a small company. Literally nobody cares about work everyone just interest in gossiping and timepass.
